Founder Jessica Schmiesing has followed her passion for over 35 years as a HR leader who believes people are the key differentiator in the business success formula.  Perplexed by the C-suites desire and stated commitment to “employees are our key differentiator” but never quite fulfilling on that promise, she took the bold step to create True Blue with a belief that she could support business success elevated by the power of people.  Schmiesing believes that for any people initiatives to be successfully implemented with the intention of impacting bottom-line results, they must be woven into the fabric of the organization’s culture and anchored in a purpose that employees can commit to.  True Blue.
